Run your courtesy bus without the guesswork.
Bookings by voice, two buses planned automatically, and every driver's phone showing exactly who to collect and who to take home.
What it does
Book by voice or by typing
Reception says or types the phone number, how many people and the street. The address is checked before it is saved, so nobody is sent to the wrong street.
Two buses, planned for you
Bookings are split between the buses by area, with the 11-seat limit respected. The furthest pick-up goes first, so passengers are not driving around for no reason.
People at the door, in seconds
A driver enters the number of people and where they are going. The app answers Bus 1 or Bus 2, and nobody told a bus is ever moved.
A driver app on any phone
Drivers install it like an app, see every run of the day with who is a pick-up and who is going home, and tap once to start Google Maps.
Breaks and special runs
30-minute driver breaks with a reminder after 5 hours, and extra runs such as River Heads on Fridays and Saturdays, on whichever bus the drivers choose.
Records for the club
Print an A4 sheet of every run for the day, with every stop in order and driver sign-off lines, ready to file away.
How a night works
- 1
Reception books the pick-ups
Phone number, people and address, by voice or typing.
- 2
The app plans the day
Each bus gets its runs and stops in driving order. Drivers see them on their own phone.
- 3
Drivers add people going home
At the door, one tap tells them which bus each group gets on.
- 4
Print the record
One sheet per day of every run, for the club's files.
Privacy, built in
Every driver or company phone gets its own code, and access can be switched off the moment a driver leaves or a phone goes missing. Drivers see first names only, and a phone number only for pick-ups. People going home are just a headcount and an address.
